    Don't even deserve a one star....my 4 month old had her shots appointment and they wouldn't let her Dad have her get seen due to an authorization needed from me....really???? That's her DAD, she has his last name and he was really doing me the favor since I do work...MF' s just lost a whole family of patients!!!!!!!!! Should be real petty and walk in on their ass.
