Trains: I love them. The L has changed my life! I can read, work, and do whatever else I have to WHILE getting to where I want to go. That's awesome.

Buses: they are pretty much the worst. Late all the time, the people... the people, and the smell. Terrible. I will say this though, there are some wonderful people driving those buses. I have countless stories of great things done by bus drivers.

Customer service: Ventra reps are so friendly and helpful. I've experienced nothing but the best from them. I've also had a few gnarly things happen on the bus which I had reported. Someone will get back to you if you email.

Other: If anyone at CTA is reading this right now, do us all a favor and please stop the bus drivers/train turnstile supervisors from allowing people to not pay fare. That's a simple way to show respect to paying customers. Also, please get rid of the cloth seats. So gross. Thank you.
