I'm shocked that this place is even still in business... Seriously speaking.
Through my company, we purchased a new 2017 Giulia in Sept 2017. I was so excited to get it. We gave a check to New City, which I learned they cashed within the week. In trying to arrange picking up the car, no one would return my calls. I finally drove down there and was told the car title was not ready. Okay, that's fine.. Would have appreciated a returned phone call so I didn't have to make the trip. So, I continued to wait and call every few days to see if it was ready. Trust me, you can call this place and leave as many messages as you'd like, you will never get a call back.

It is now MARCH and I still don't have the car. That's right, PAID FOR THE CAR 6 MONTHS AGO AND STILL DON'T HAVE IT. It turns out that New City Alfa doesn't pay their bills... They never paid FCA for the Giulia they sold me, hence they cant title it. When I learned this, I thought FCA would step in and make things right quickly and deliver my car. NOPE. We are now being told that FCA and New City are in litigation and that no cars will be released or money refunded until it is resolved.
BOTTOM LINE, YOU GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR MONEY AND THERE IS ZERO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET THE CAR YOU PAID FOR.
Call me naive, but I never even imagined that something like this could happen.

I purchased a used fiat at another dealer in Chicago and had an issue with the door not opening from the outside. I called to find out the cost for repair and found my car is still under warranty. Yay! Because it looked as if a piece had some how come loose, had it fixed and was on my way in no time. A week later the problem returned. So I went the very next morning had the part replaced and again on my way in no time. Dion was very helpful, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service I recieved. Thanks for keeping Francesca in tip top shape.... yes I named my car Francesca.

Since Dion left, this place has fallen apart. The phone number they have listed on their website doesn't and hasn't worked for weeks. I have emailed and no response. I will be going somewhere else for service now because clearly they don't need the business.
