lacsidacial, ho humm, no genuinely friendliness. no greetings, They could use some motivational, pep-talk to put a little life or show some enthusiasm for a paying customer who just walked in. Even giving Autozone 3 stars is being overly generous! Customer Survey Reports don't seem to be of concern to the counter clerk. However, another associate came out of the back room and this gentleman got my Antifreeze for me and checked me out. He was somewhat more lively and genuinely helpful. He seemed to me in charge. Autozone should train their new and/or counter persons in a customer service class. Kiss up to the customer a little and make them feel somewhat welcomed, even if you have to fake it. I worked for Mercedes Benz and so I guess I'm a bit spoiled. Autozone: show a little happiness for recieving my money$$. I just might go somewhere else down the street fpr my purchase needs.
