Came to get an auto loan ... Online form was filled incorrectly for first time by d bank person !! Again they told it would not affect me in any way and made me apply !!
Then came a reject mail telling My account with BoA is not long enough to give me an auto loan.
Terrible and pathetic customer service with no knowledge... Made me waste my 3hrs!!
