Beverly Shores Smile Center at 10142 South Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.

I gave this place 2 stars not because of my orthodontist, I loved all the people who worked on my teeth. However, customer service is important to paying clients (like my mother and I once were). The receptionist Lisa is absolutely the most disrespectful, unorganized, and rudest receptionist I have ever met in ANY facility. She shows no empathy if you are a few minutes late to your appointment (she doesn't give you another solution if you are coming form out of state like myself), she double books your appointments without letting the client know. The list goes on.....and on but an amazing staff excluding LISA. :)
