I’m so discounted of the customer service. The manager was very rude and brushed me off when I had a simple question on the phone and hanged up the phone. Lately they products specially the shoes are not worth the money I paid specially last shoes I bought they had color variation in about 3 months.store Chicago said it is normal. I disagree strongly because any look at the shoes can tell they look different and not good looking anymore. They didn’t even offer to fix it. Just returned it to me with a solid decision as we got your money there is nothing you can do next. I will never ever return to this brand at all.
