2 weeks prior to Halloween I had a meeting with my insurance agent, Debra Pernell of American Family, to discuss my auto and homeowner's policies; during this conversation I mentioned I had this dent in the lift-gate door of my 2007 Escalade and was adamant about getting it repaired with Cadillac. my agent Debra knows I'm very picky and only allow Cadillac to repair my truck. with her knowing this she referred me to an auto body repair C.D.E Collision and told to me to ask for the Location Manager, Rich Swanson, who I went to see for a quote. Cadillac wanted to charge me over $1000 and Rich quoted me for less than $500. left the truck while on vacation, when returned to pick up ....the work was excellent!! Thank you Debra for recommended this place!!! I'd like to thank Rich and his excellent team for their professionalism and especially Angela Jones the Office Manager who was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend C.D.E. Collision for ALL your auto body repairs; they make every customer feel like they're VIP!!

No complaints!! I was hit from the back three weeks ago by a Nationwide Customer. The morning of the accident it was raining and very dark. Needless to say, the service I received from CDE was nothing more than superb. Not only was the service and work professionally done, it was completed in a timely manner, which was very important to me. Javier was great in conveying when I would get my car back and Angela was also a gem!! The fact that they partner with the local Enterprise in the area was also a plus. I would definitely encourage you to give them a try.
