Cheap Best Fares at 6815 West 63rd Street, Chicago, Illinois.

Exactly the same poor outcome as other reviewers.
While booking through Kayak, the Cheap Best Fares suddenly popped up for no apparent reason and offered the tickets $100 cheaper. We used our credit card and everything seemed OK. United Airlines showed are tickets were pending. Cheap Best Fares sent two $1 charges through to see if everything would work. Took apparently over 24 hours for this to happen. When nothing happened over 36 hours we checked our credit card and the two dollar payments went through but not the main payment. We checked United and our reservations were cancelled.
On calling Cheap Best Fares, they mentioned our credit card company declined payment. We called the credit card company and they had no record of anything being declined. Cheap Best Fares said they sent us an Email about the declining, but review of our Emails did not show this, even checked spam.
We called Cheap Best Fares regarding this and on going over the information they had the verification number backwards (possible mistake on their part). BUT they said they could redo the airline tickets and when they looked it was going to be $400 more..... So I went on Kayak myself and got them for the original price ($100 more than Cheap Best Fares had originally offered). COINCIDENCE OR SCAM??? HHMMM
