I do not feel comfortable entering this shop because of a certain employee. This employee has been mentioned in previous reviews. I went in to buy some brake pads and instead of helping me determine which type I need, he made me feel stupid for not knowing what to ask for. The next time I went in I was looking for a freewheel tool. This time I knew exactly what to ask for. The same employee initiated his regular ridicule tactics, I said exactly what I was looking for, he said the store does not carry it. I dipped out and spent my money at a real bike shop. I feel like this guy has been to jail for something. He's got baaad antisocial vibes.
