Atrocious. Set-up a viewing with Mike Barbey and he never showed. We waited outside in the rain for 20 minutes, he did not return our numerous calls while we waited, and finally when we knocked on the door the current renters were home and alarmed why we were knocking, since he never told them anyone was coming. He later left a message that he forgot to tell us the house wasn't for rent...even though we just had set up the appointment within a week.
