My review is a result of poor customer service. The meals were pretty good. However, we had new dietary needs and Home Chef could not meet those needs. Based off that I put it on pause on the website. The "pause" feature informs you at that time it will be permanent unless you change the setting. Despite this I was charged twice for meals. One was delivered and subsequently spoiled because I was not expecting a delivery. I had to call to get the service stopped!! Why offer a "pause" button if you will send the food anyway! Furious. Never going back!
