Home Run Inn Pizza - Lakeview at 3215 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, Illinois.

I have very mixed feelings about my visit here. The food & drink - pizza appetizer, beer, mixed drinks (1st round) - we're fantastic. The service was terrible. From the moment I had a beer at the bar (poured my beer at the tap and walked away to serve other customers then disappeared completely) to our table service being so slow (the joint was not crowded). One of our friends ordered a personal pizza (gluten free) which they dropped on the floor and had to remake. Second round of drinks were terrible; same drink order but very different mix. We were not offered any kind of compensation and from a customer service standpoint that is a big no-no.
