This is the worst experience I have had planning my entire wedding. I called the store to have a bridesmaid measured and the store owner told me they would charge for measurements (which is fine) but it is the first time I have run into this and I have bridesmaids all over the country who got sized for free. When I told the store owner this she got such an attitude with me and told me that her time was too valuable to be doing measurements all day long and asked me why I thought I was so entitled to deserve her time if I wasn't ordering the dress from her. She told me I have no idea how a business works and that if I sent my bridesmaid in there she would have a credit card in hand before she would measure her. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from an business owner who does not treat the consumers of the brands she sells with respect or patience. I do not expect free sizing if that is her policy but a kind explanation would have gone a long way rather than an attitude. I highly discourage bridal parties from shopping here. Please spend your time with a business owner with integrity.
