LOFT dominates my work wardrobe and even though I don't live in this neighborhood anymore, I always come back to this location for seasonal updates. All of the sales reps act as if their your personal stylist and don't rush you in the dressing rooms. They make great recommendations and offer honest opinions.

One time a dress that I adored accidentally didn't make it into my bag during my purchase. When I realized it a week later and called, they actually had the dress still in the wardrober behind the counter with my description on it! I couldn't believe they kept it aside for that period of time especially since it went on sale during that time period. Even more impressive, when I went into the store to pick it up, the sales rep refunded me the difference between full price which I paid and the sale price as an apology!
