Poor customer service. I purchased an online order as a gift and needed to make a size exchange. While I was loudly greeted by an employee in training, the level of professionalism was definitely lacking. When I was ready to checkout, the employee in training was loud and extremely unprofessional. I can't recall her name but she took forever to process the exchange and every time she got caught up in the process she would yell at the off duty employee that was training her. "Shut up", "you're stupid", "do you want to do this?" and "I can't even" we're just a few things said. At one point she literally yelled at him. He just stood there and took it. She eventually finished processing the exchange and told me to have a great day. I do not recommend going there. I only went because it was the closest location with size needed for my gift exchange.
