    Took 13 business days to resize two rings from 7s down to 6.25, when they said it would be done in 7-10 business days. When I called on day 12, they said they'd have it ready by that evening and they would call me when it was ready, didn't get a call until the next morning. The people who work in the shop are nice, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication.
