My friend and I purchased VIP tickets for the chicago nye ball 2018 hosted by this company, and it was a scam. As we questioned the staff regarding the VIP section they said it did not exist, that there is nothing needed to identify us as "VIP". We explained that we paid extra for "VIP"... he said we shouldn't have issues receiving a refund for the VIP portion since this service was not provided. However, this company denied it and as a result our money wasn't refunded. This was not only deceitful but then they unprofessionally handled this matter. Shameless!
