PLEASE ANSWER the phone! PLEASE MAKE SURE that the carrier is actually going out to deliver the mail! I'm tired of calling all the time and being told "we'll look into your problem" - rarely ever happens! Am I supposed to spend all of my time doing online Missing Mail Searches, calling this P.O., calling the 1-800 ASK USPS number, and wondering if/when the local carrier "decides" to show up or not??? PLEASE USPS DO YOUR JOBS ALREADY! That's what you get paid (+ benefits) for! The 6 DAYS of the week (excluding postal holidays) ARE NOT YOUR FREE TIME!!!
