XS Tennis and Education Foundation at 5336 South State Street, Chicago, Illinois.

The tennis village facility itself is amazing, and the classes we are taking are through Tennis On the Lake which we love. Unfortunately the people who work for XS tennis seem to lack friendliness and the ability to speak to people with any sort of common courtesy whatsoever. I can’t begin to explain the amount of times we have been snapped at or spoken rudely to for no apparent reason. The other night I watched a young girl try to talk to the woman who checks everyone in - she had both of her earbuds in and looked as if she was agitated that the girl had a question. If the classes through Tennis On the Lake weren’t so great, we would probably be searching for another indoor tennis option. Hopefully once the facility is completely finished they will get some new staff members in there.
